How It All Began...

In 2014, our family decided to open the Laurels Pumpkin Barn.  The first year, we sold our pumpkins out of a small portion of the barn.  We had no idea how quickly it would expand, both in size and in business! Over the past nine years, we have continued to add new features, including the following:

-A log cabin over 100 years old, re-constructed into what we call the “Pumpkin Patch Store.”  This is where you will find our Laurels Pumpkin Barn shirts and other fall decorations and unique gifts.

-In 2017, we built the “Pumpkin Lodge” which is made of large cedar logs cut and harvested right here on our property.  The pumpkin lodge also offers a truly unique, pumpkin shaped stone fireplace.

We Love Pumpkins!

We raise over 60 different varieties of pumpkins, squash, gourds, and Indian corn, all of which are all grown here on our working farm.  We have a large selection of pre-picked pumpkins, which are all hand-picked and hand-washed before we stock them in the barn.

The Laurels Pumpkin Barn has become a family tradition for many families in the East Tennessee/Southwest Virginia area and we would love for you to visit us this fall.

We will be open for the 2024 season from September 14 – October 31.

Beautiful place and pumpkins, pumpkins galore! Awesome!
